Our European Executive Chef, Daniel Marcel Fauquet, has over 20 year’s experience in traditional and contemporary European cuisine. He is creative, passionate and ambitious, with high standards of excellence.
Daniel recently worked as Executive Chef at ‘Souk Medina’ restaurant in Central London. He has worked at number of other restaurants including ‘Old Mill Lane’ in Maidenhead, two star Michelin ‘Maison du Vin’ in Henley-on-Thames and one star Michelin restaurants in Toulouse and Lyon, France.

Asian
Asian Executive Chef, Gowtham Karingi, brings the same level of expertise to Elite. He has wide experience in preparing Indian and Sri Lankan menus, using the finest quality ingredients. Gowtham has a passion for using natural and fresh ingredients that are healthy and nutritious. Gowtham co-owns Michelin Bib Gourmand rated Agni restaurant in Hammersmith, London.
Gowtham has worked as head chef at well known Indian restaurants such as ‘Veeraswamy’ Regent Street, London; ‘Zaika’ (Michelin starred), Kensington High Street, London; ‘Bukhara restaurant’ at Maurya Sheraton Hotel in New Dlehi.
